Potatoes enjoy the company of garlic chives and onions. Their antioxidant properties are enhanced with butter substitutes made from lemongrass, lemon verbena and lemon thyme. Cook 1 T of each in 1 cup of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil or a vegetable oil (not canola). Simmer for 10 minutes. Cover and allow the herbs to infuse 5 more minutes off the burner. Strain and brush the vegetables for extra flavor.

Sage grows well near cabbage, kale, broccoli and Brussels’ sprouts. Flavor these vegetables with a sprinkle of fresh sage to enhance the anti-cancer properties of the cabbage family.

Rosemary grows well with many mints and herbs. It has anti-depressant, and immune enhancing qualities especially to help prevent cancer and allergies.  Combine 2 teaspoons of rosemary, 2 teaspoons of lemongrass and 1 teaspoon of marjoram and lime zest to flavor poultry. Rub it on before roasting or grilling and create a happy atmosphere for the family dinner.

Grow in Peace and enjoy every blessing.

Outdoor Home Feng Shui

Feng Shui in the Garden

Your garden is a living field of energy that affects you and your home in many ways.

Leave the entry to the door open. Enhancement feng shui spray is also good for increasing energy around the entryway.

Welcome fragrant, vibrant energy near the front door with pink and red plants. This is good if your front door has a southern, southeastern or southwestern exposure.

If your door faces north, or for the north side of your yard, use blues and purples.

For the western exposure, use white. All white flowers indicate mourning.

Create a winding path to slow down good energy.

Cover the east and southeast with blooms for wealth.

The left side of the front door, facing from inside the house looking out is a good placement for a water feature.

Having water on both sides or around the house equal tears and loss.

Gates are best on the left side of the house when looking out from the front door. Gates should be high and solid. A higher center of a gate indicates all goals achieved.

Trees should not be opposite the front door. Keep willow trees away from the house.

As you come into the garden, create soft curves, chairs for relaxing, hand wind chimes, running water and attract birds, bees, and butterflies with nectar producing flowering plants.

Pools weaken the balance of good energy. Surround pools with rock gardens. Paint yogurt on the rocks to grow moss for good luck, grow narcissus, mums, peonies and magnolias. Begonias and viburnum have both yin and yang qualities.

Feng Shui in the Home

Feng Shui for the Home

Every time you eat, you enact an ancient ritual. The kitchen is where the heart of the family is kept alive. The stove is the most important place in the kitchen. There is an intimate connection between the stove, food, wealth and health.

More burners on the stove lead to more wealth in the home. Rotate burners to unlock money flow. An unclean stove reduces wealthy.

Add light to the kitchen. The kitchen window should reveal a beautiful scene. Create one if needed.

Keep knives and sharp items out of sight.

Keep cooking herbs close by and vegetables in a nearby garden.

A happy chef creates a happy family. If the stove faces away from entry doors, the cook can be startled and ruin the ambiance of the meal. Place a mirror behind the stove so the chef can see behind him. Otherwise keep mirrors out of the kitchen.

The dining room is blessed with abundant meals when a mirror is placed across from the table.

Hang a wind chime or crystal between the stove and entry door to the kitchen and dining rooms to correct and enhance the flow of energy. Clearing is a good feng shui room spray for this purpose and also for clutter in a room.

Feng Shui Room Sprays

Feng Shui Room Spray Testimonial

I just returned from a Celebration of Life for my father who passed away last Fall. There was a great deal of stress involved with returning to his home, dealing with various personalities and getting everything set up for the event. I have been using the Feng Shui Room Sprays for years and brought several with me on this trip. I must say that the Harmonize and Balance and the Clearing sprays worked wonderfully. Whenever there started to be dissension among family members, I politely excused myself, sprayed myself with either Harmonize and Balance or Clearing and returned to the room. Within seconds, everyone was calmed down and behaving well. Grief drops were also used by family members during the big event which kept us all upbeat and positively remembering happy times. Once again, your aromatherapy products saved the day.

Radiation exposure II

Radiation exposure, especially over 5,000 milligrams yearly, can reduce immunity by reducing the white cell count. Higher altitudes are subject to more radiation exposure from the atmosphere. Fetus cannot exceed 500 milligrams during gestation. Toxicity symptoms include nausea, vomiting, fatigue and diarrhea. Those experiencing larger doses over a period of years have a higher incidence of cancer and bone marrow depression. Fema is a government agency with more info.

Very often the thyroid can be adversely affected by even low levels of radiation in the air.

Toxic Thyroid can be applied on the throat 2-3x daily

Environmental is also very protective for the skin and for inhalants

We carry potassium iodine tablets: 130 milligrams for adults, 65 milligrams for children is suggested during exposure.

Cell Death and Regeneration

Cell Death and Regeneration

The process of competition causes weakened cells to commit suicide from nearby signals of healthy cells. The sickened cells are due to infection, oxidative stress or mutation. If the cell can regenerate and bounce back, it does this by expressing a survivor protein, named SPARC. The body’s intelligence knows how to heal itself given the correct information and nutrition.

Regenerate is an aromatic topical or spray designed to assist longevity with the greatest potential of each cell.

DETOX by Judy Griffin PHD

   “DETOX” by Judy Griffin PhD.

Toxins are a natural metabolic process of everyday living. The body has several ways to detoxify and enhance efficiency. The skin is the largest detoxifying organ, breaking down chemicals, environmental pollutants, vapors and bodily fluids. The Key to a healthy result is to proceed ion ways that assist, but do not overwhelm the process, causing symptoms of illness. Natural essential oils and flower essences detoxify metabolic waste, negative emotions and attitudes that also create toxins. They can be applied to the skin, or skincare products, saunas, baths and as aromatic sprays and natural fragrances. Essential oils and Petite fleur Essences can be added to bath water after it has been drawn. Two tablespoons of honey, carrier oils or cream can be used to disperse the aromatic compounds. Just add 3 to 5 drops of each essence and essential oil into the medium and mix it into the bathwater. The bath is ready immediately. A fifteen to 20 minute soak will assure natural detoxification. Bathe up to 3 times weekly. Children under 10 should only be detoxified with guidance from a healthcare practitioner. One cup of Epsom salts can also be dispersed in an aromatic bath to encourage detoxification. The magnesium sulphates in Epsom salt also help to relax the body.

Here are essences for a relaxing bath to encourage natural detoxification.
                Verbena—Skills the mind
Chamomile—soothes hurt feelings and detoxifies the gallbladder
Garden Mum—reduces bitterness, criticalness, cleansing the liver
                Echinacea—purifies thoughts
Silver Moon—reduces head chatter and obsessive behavior
Viridiflora—aligns the power, center reducing environmental and chemical toxins
Vanilla—protects the electromagnetic vitality of cells encouraging a sense of security.
                Crossandra—removes aluminum and heavy metals
Jasmine—reduces restlessness and removes injury due to trauma
Knotted Marjoram—is antiseptic and cleanses the skin
Spike Lavender—reduces lung congestion and bronchial spasms

A few drops of relaxing essential oils may include lavender, clary sage, chamomile, cardomum, coriander, frankincense, sandalwood and also add extra scent sensation.

A more energizing detox bath may include these Petite fleur essences:
                Basil—to release negative past experiences
Cinnamon basil—releases toxins in the knees and low back
Rosemary—encourages endorphin release and toxins affecting short term memory
Tansy—releases toxins associated with pleurisy and emphysema
                Thyme—is a great antiviral
Yarrow—reduces toxins from inflammatory diseases, such as Crohn’s, lupus, and various types of
                  arthritis
Curry & Mexican Oregano—will increase circulation and vascular inflammation, migraines and bacterial
                  invasion
Peppermint—unlocks pain patterns in the body and reduces metabolic waste associated with digestion
of proteins and feelings of loss
Pine—reduces rheumatic pain, sprained and twisted muscles and headaches, encouraging the
                    personality to overcome limitations
Lemongrass—reduces disappointment and toxins from painful parental and intimate relationshi ps

Essential oils can be added to detoxify and further energize the body and mind: sweet orange, tangerine or mandarin orange, lemon, ginger, lime, spearmint, peppermint. The difference between essential oils and Petite Fleur Essences are many. The Petites have a water base and are much lighter, more subtle and nontoxic. They lift and evaporate quickly, encouraging self healing in the deepest levels of mental, emotional and physical manifestation. Their effect is lasting, allowing the personality to take control and make necessary corrections. Mental and emotional processes can also produce toxins. The Petite fleur Essences are most helpful in breaking down patterns of resentment, anger, feelings of lack and loss, just to mention a few. Essences have a light aroma sometimes very subtle encouraging a calm open mind and kind heart. They allow us to be more objective about attitudes and emotions, allowing them to pass without judgment or attachment. Petites heal family of origin and childhood experiences bringing the personality into the present moment where we experience grace. Unmasking the fears of the ego are detailed in the Healing the Personality seminar.

Essential oils have much more odor than essences. The aromas move and drive the body quickly toward healing. They are generally safe when used sparingly. If you don’t like their smell, consider using an aroma that appeals to your senses, or a lightly scented or non fragrant Petite fleur Essence. Essential oils especially work through the lymphatic and circulatory systems to enhance immunity. Both Petite fleur Essences and Essential oils immediately change brain neural transmission, hormones, endocrines and immunity. Wearing and smelling these aromas will change your life. Through detoxification they may save your life.

The therapeutic blends are artfully crafted blends of essential oils and Petite fleur Essences with a light fragrance. They can be worn or diluted into bath water for a variety of healing modalities.    See         (www.aromahealthtexas.com).   DETOX, ENVIRONMENTAL, PARASITE and REGENERATE are the ready made blends for therapeutic detoxification. Each protects the body’s immunity as it encourages natural detoxification to occur safely and easily.
