Quality Rose Oil Skincare and Self Care

Rose oil products are the most natural way to improve skin. Properties are anti-inflammatory helping to calm eczema, rosacea. and dry or chapped skin. The oil is also anti-bacterial, reducing acne causing bacteria.

High quality rose skincare minimizes fine lines, evens skin tone and leaves skin smooth and silky to touch. Aging spots lighten and diminish over time.

Rose oil can also improve mood, increase relaxation and reduce nervousness. Topically, or by inhalation, it releases sphineterin, a hormone used to reduce headache, menstrual discomfort and increase "feel good" endorphins.

In hospitals over 44 years, I used our rose blends, such as Harmony blend, to reduce loneliness, fears, pain and breathing difficulties. The AromaHealth blends were also used before and after surgeries to reduce pain, help normalize blood pressure, breathing and increase recovery time. Loved ones also enjoyed rose blends to increase hope, reduce fears and exhaustion. Nurses and therapists wore the blends to reduce stress and increase stamina. They are courageous caretakers.

Rose oil and products carry the highest vibrational enhancing properties of all plants and essential oils. allow Aroma Health products to create a self-nurturing environment for you and loved ones.

Aromatherapy and Essences for Restless Leg Syndrome

Restless leg syndrome is a result of low serotonin in the brain. The essences and aromas I use in hospital and practice include Jasmine grandiflora, Champaca, Osmanthus and Moroccan Chamomile. Orange flower absolute can also be used singly or in combination with any of the above aromas. I make absolutes from these flowers because they do not impart fragrance through distillation or vacuum methods of extraction. The cost is higher because it takes thousands of flowers to make an ounce of high grade absolute. Absolutes are natural perfumes, without chemicals if made properly.

Recently, AromaHealth has released Roll on Aromas that include Immune Boost. The blend includes Champaca, Osmanthus and Moroccan Chamomile. The blend reduces high stress cortisol levels that enhance immunity, restless legs, anxiety and depression. Individually, the aromas affect many other immune issues, even arthritis/rheumatism. The fragrance is very unique and pleasing to men and women. It can be used just for the aroma as a natural perfume. The sweet almond oil base allows the fragrance to last much longer than essential oils and keeps the immune system charged.

Immune Boost is available for 18.95, 1/2 ounce roll on blend of the highest quality aromas, handmade with the utmost care. The blend can be made in a non nut oil if requested, no extra charge.

We have an abundance of quality products for you and your loved ones available anytime: www.aromahealthtexas.com

Rosemary Petite Fleur Essence

Rosemary is producing a profusion of tiny violet blue flowers in my gardens. Rosemary is one of the first spring blooms we enjoy. The variety Rosemarius officinalis ARP is hardy in Texas. The essence helps us release and experience endorphins and pleasant memories as we move into each day. It is specific when experiencing misunderstandings with others. The aroma is a universal scent to enhance cognitive memory, reduce headaches, depression and lower lumbar pain. The essence of the flower is much lighter than the essential oil, and can be successfully used by epileptics and hypertensives in small quantities. Rosemary essential oil is contra-indicated for high blood pressure and epilepsy. Elderly folks also respond very well to the essence applied topically to unbroken skin on the earlobe, neck and throat. It is refreshing yet calming. Rosemary Petite essence helps release painful memories especially when combined with Bachelor's Button and Morning Glory essences. The result is joy and a new appreciation for life. Continue reading

Petite Fleur therapeutic aromablends reduce Nocebo effect

For the past 15 years Harmony and Relaxation therapeutic blends have been used successfully in patient care to reduce the Nocebo effect. The blends are used before and after chemotherapy and cancer treatment at Baylor Hospital's Healing Environment program in Dallas and Irving Texas.Patient care began with bone marrow and stem cell patents and quickly spread throughout all departments, including speech therapy. Topical application allows the aromas to be used with other modalities.

The Nocebo effect occurs when expectations and negative suggestions cause symptoms or illness to occur. Nocebo effect is both biochemical and physiological, displaying with a variety of cues. Cortisol and histamine levels dramatically increase, targeting adrenal and hypothalamus involvement. Recently, Ted Kaptchuk,Harvard medical, proved Nocebo occurs without concsious awareness.

Studies continue to search for understanding, while solution is more evident in patient are.Harmony and Relaxation Therapeutic aroma blends lessen anxiety and unconscious responses. I have clinically used these essences in the United Kingdom and USA for over 25 years to balance a full spectrum of stress and related illnesses. Blood pressure, hydration, chronic illness and pain are some of the symptoms helped by Harmony and Relaxation. These aromas change brain chemistry within seconds affecting hormones, circulation moods and immune responses. Given a repose from the stress response, the brain can adjust to homeostasis.
