With 40 years of clinical and hospital experience, Dr. Griffin designs an individual, comprehensive nutritional, diet and trace mineral analysis program to restore optimal health.

Judy combines scientific data  with medical knowledge and her research to develop a program enhancing immunity, reducing stress,  adverse affects of medications, such as chemotherapy, aging, overweight and underlying causes of fatigue  . Her vast knowledge and research enables her to reduce the side effects of conventional drug therapy in cancer care and a variety of treatments, She teaches clients the best choices of foods, and complimentary care for their condition and constitution. She also uses topical application of her  Petite Fleur Essences on acupressure points and affected areas to increase wellness.

During the past 40 years, Dr. Griffin has pioneered nutritional research for physicians and hospitals integrating natural and conventional medicine. Her dietary research in hospitals  include complementary cancer care, cardiovascular and pulmonary health, gynecological and menopausal symptoms, weight, chemical dependence, endocrine imbalance, allergies and environmental sensitivity  and emotional and mental well-being. Dr.Griffin also offers trace mineral analysis, which allows her to balance minerals , using the dynamics of cellular energy particular to an individual's chemistry and metabolism.  

In consultation, Dr. Griffin determines the underlying cause of stress to restore optimal health. Sessions for nutrition are $150.00, which includes questions and guidance on the phone  in person and email to assure optimal results. If follow ups are necessary, they are $80.00 This includes a custom Petite Fleur Essence blend with every consult.

Personal Health Analysis

A personal health analysis may include  an evaluation of symptom and client complaints, prior diagnosis by a physician or blood work analysis to balance and determine amounts of the correct foods  for individual needs and metabolic pathways. Dr. Griffin also offers Trace Mineral Analysis to correct mineral imbalance and identify and reduce heavy metal toxicity. Consultation lasts one hour. Dr. Griffin listens to the individual, writes a personal program for the client, answers questions, and gives referrals as necessary to assist each person's needs. Clients are offered one of Dr. Griffin's  Petite Fleur Essence blends to increase energy or reduce stress at no extra charge.

A rapport is established with clients to promote a synergistic working relationship between Dr. Griffin and her clients, The consultation is educational. Additional  supplies are available at the discretion of the client, Dr. Griffin works with each client at their level of understanding and ability to complete a program, No one is expected to sacrifice pleasure . A moderate step by step approach assures success. Dr. Griffin's comprehensive knowledge of medical and complementary nutritional methods assists individuals without expensive tests. She creates a balanced nutritional program without depending on computer programs, fads, and outdated information.

Dr. Griffin has written and published handbooks and texts for clients, professionals and hospitals. Her most recent worldwide publication, Mother Nature's Herbal has gained international acclaim as a classic multicultural herbal. In a unique style, Judy teaches how our ancestors created health using foods, herbs and aromatic plants. She has a video and book available detailing her 40 years of research using Healing Flowers.

Judy is a member of the American Chemical Society/green division, the oldest and largest world wide group of recognized scientists. She is privy to the most recent research and developments in many areas of scientific progress worldwide.

Judy lectures for a variety of organizations, including herb and garden societies, breast cancer support groups, Better Breathers, American Business Women, Organic Friends, International Aromatherapy and Herb Symposium, Natural Menopause Symposium, and John Peter Smith Hospital. She has appeared on national television for Good Morning New York, Pet News, Good Day Dallas, Good Morning Dallas, and Positively Texas. She has developed an aromatherapy program at Baylor Hospital's Healing Environment Center for the past 20 years.

Judy has created several  flower essence and aromatic blends from organically grown plants that help  reduce stress, weight, cravings and increase self-esteem, and energy. Dr. Griffin developed an aromatherapy program at Baylor Healing Environment Program in Dallas to help reduce anxiety, tension, nausea, pain and insomnia for cancer, chemically dependent, pulmonary, cardiac and chronic pain patients by requests from the doctors and therapists. The blends help  return dignity and personal empowerment to the individual.

Over 40 years ago, Judy used her knowledge of nutritional, herbal , aromatic blends to help  overcome serious immune deficiencies of her twins and restore impaired hearing to her youngest son. She overcame  Crohn's disease using her products , diet and knowledge.

Dr. Griffin offers consults and prepares personalized blends by phone,Skype, email and in person: 30 minute sessions are $80.00 ; 1 hour sessions are $150.00. The consults include a personalized blend that will last for several weeks. Refills are $40.00, available by request. Any questions or concerns are no extra charge. All blends are alcohol free

For everyday care, Judy grows pure aromatic products for beauty care, perfumes and floral waters she distills from organically grown roses and herbs.

Lectures and Classes

Dr. Griffin developed a curriculum for continuing education at the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Christian University. She presently teaches medical professionals and lectures internationally on the safe use of herbs and nutrition . Dr. Griffin also  lectures for independent, organic nurseries on growing and using herbs for health and beauty, as well as, garden clubs and continuing education classes.

Dr. Griffin organically grows and manufactures over 500 often fragrant beauty products to enhance well being and natural aging. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Texas Organic Growers Association, lecturing in Texas on organics and the use of aromatherapy to enhance  and promote relaxation, beauty and peace of mind. She lectures at local garden clubs, organizations, cancer support groups and hospitals.

Internationally, Dr. Griffin has taught the Natural Menopause Symposium with Dr. John Lee, Pioneer of progesterone therapy in London, England. In Switzerland, Dr. Griffin has taught physicians and pharmacists research on aromatic plants.  In England and Scotland, she teaches Healing from the Heart for emotional well being to certified flower essence  professionals.
