Toxins are a natural metabolic process of everyday living. The body has several ways to detoxify and enhance efficiency. The skin is the largest detoxifying organ, breaking down chemicals, environmental pollutants, vapors and bodily fluids. The Key to a healthy result is to proceed ion ways that assist, but do not overwhelm the process, causing symptoms of illness. Natural essential oils and flower essences detoxify metabolic waste, negative emotions and attitudes that also create toxins. They can be applied to the skin, or skincare products, saunas, baths and as aromatic sprays and natural fragrances. Essential oils and Petite fleur Essences can be added to bath water after it has been drawn. Two tablespoons of honey, carrier oils or cream can be used to disperse the aromatic compounds. Just add 3 to 5 drops of each essence and essential oil into the medium and mix it into the bathwater. The bath is ready immediately. A fifteen to 20 minute soak will assure natural detoxification. Bathe up to 3 times weekly. Children under 10 should only be detoxified with guidance from a healthcare practitioner. One cup of Epsom salts can also be dispersed in an aromatic bath to encourage detoxification. The magnesium sulphates in Epsom salt also help to relax the body. 
Here are essences for a relaxing bath to encourage natural detoxification.
                Verbena—Skills the mind
                Chamomile—soothes hurt feelings and detoxifies the gallbladder           
                Garden Mum—reduces bitterness, criticalness, cleansing the liver
                Echinacea—purifies thoughts
                Silver Moon—reduces head chatter and obsessive behavior
                Viridiflora—aligns the power, center reducing environmental and chemical toxins
                Vanilla—protects the electromagnetic vitality of cells encouraging a sense of security.
                Crossandra—removes aluminum and heavy metals
                Jasmine—reduces restlessness and removes injury due to trauma
                Knotted Marjoram—is antiseptic and cleanses the skin 
                Spike Lavender—reduces lung congestion and bronchial spasms
A few drops of relaxing essential oils may include lavender, clary sage, chamomile, cardomum, coriander, frankincense, sandalwood and also add extra scent sensation.
A more energizing detox bath may include these Petite fleur essences:
                Basil—to release negative past experiences
                Cinnamon basil—releases toxins in the knees and low back
                Rosemary—encourages endorphin release and toxins affecting short term memory
                Tansy—releases toxins associated with pleurisy and emphysema
                Thyme—is a great antiviral
                Yarrow—reduces toxins from inflammatory diseases, such as Crohn’s, lupus, and various types of    
                Curry & Mexican Oregano—will increase circulation and vascular inflammation, migraines and bacterial
                Peppermint—unlocks pain patterns in the body and reduces metabolic waste associated with digestion
                   of proteins and feelings of loss
                Pine—reduces rheumatic pain, sprained and twisted muscles and headaches, encouraging the
                    personality to overcome limitations
                Lemongrass—reduces disappointment and toxins from painful parental and intimate relationshi ps
