Please insure your order for the full amount. We cannot be responsible for damage or loss by the postal carrier. Insurance is available for Priority mail. Overseas orders sent through USPS cannot be insured. Therefore, we cannot refund, or replace lost or damaged packages. For insured overseas orders, please consider DHL or UPS.

For any U.S. shipment problems save the box and damaged items; please inquire at your post office before filing a claim. Your tracking number is on your order or call my office for any assistance needed to deliver your order.
