The essential oil is steam distilled from the resin exuded from the trunk of the small tree. Myrrh is a Biblical plant that blends with therapeutic essential oils, such as Immortelle, Tea tree, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Oregano, Ginger, Pine and Cedar wood. It is thick and resinous.
Dilute 2 drops in 1 cup of water, or 2 tablespoons of carrier oil. Best to avoid during pregnancy, nursing, children and pets. always consult with your physician.
