Autumn Damask is believed to be the 4 seasons of Rose Paestum. It is honored as the first perfume rose. This is Rose Damascena Semper Florens, unknown before 1633. The blooms are highly fragrant with 26-40 petals, a hardy 4- 6-foot shrub, blooming spring, summer and fall in between rests. The parentage includes Rosa moschata x Rosa gallica x Rosa fedtschenkoana.
