Pine, (Pinus sylvestris), yields oil from CO 2 or dry distillation of fresh needles. It reduces infection, fatigue and exhaustion, arthritis, gout, excessive perspiration, neuralgia and poor circulation. Pine alleviates flu symptoms, bronchitis, sore throat, cystitis and pain. The oil kills lice, scabies and repels insects. Use sparingly. It smells like a floor cleaner. Dilute 1 drop in 1 cup of water or 2 tablespoons of carrier oil.
