Angelica Root (Angelica arch angelica) has an earthy aroma that was historically used to accentuate the skin. The aroma is very grounding and used as a low note, or base for aromatherapy blends. A low note is added first and holds the aroma of the other essential oils for up to 24 hours when worn. This essential oil has a very deep scent. A few drops are all that is necessary in a blend.
