I used Deep Sleep for the first time last night. Within a half an hour, I began to yawn, something I haven't done in years. I yawned so much that I
had tears running down my cheeks. Last night I dreamed, again something else I have very rarely done in years. I have been giving myself an over abundance of everything my body, mind, and spirit needs to heal after my severe back injury in 1993, yet I just haven't been able to get to the goal of total health.
